Unfortunately at this time we only offer virtual sessions via video and phone across Ontario
Are services covered by Insurance or ohip?
What is the cost for a therapy session?

Adult and child sessions not attached to a specialty program are $100.00

The requirement of documentation signed and created by your therapist may be of added cost.

We do offer sliding scale rates available upon request.

Majority of insurance plans or extended health benefit plans cover our services. It is important to check with your insurance provided to determine coverage

OHIP does not cover psychotherapy or social work services, however these services are tax-deductible.
How do I receive reimbursement for sessions?

Unfortunately as of right now, we do not direct bill to insurance companies

At the end of your session you will receive an invoice, take this receipt and submit via your insurance providers websie. Your provider will then determine your reimbursement
